RIO
- 2 month old stunning chocolate/creme colt. Should have white mane and tail (has white eyelashes). This boy has it all....gait,
perfect conformation, sweet temperment. He will make a nice stallion prospect or trail/show gelding. He's by Diamond Dock
and out of Miss Calli. Super good blood lines! DNA done at UC Davis confirms he has 1 silver dapple gene and 1 creme gene,
so if a breeding stallion can produce all sorts of colors!

OBO
LACY - 4 month old black
filly with small hind anklet sock. She is super well bred, gaits like a dream and an in-your-pocket filly. She has a beautiful

a great broodmare prospect. Priced at $2,600 OBO

goes in the pasture! Super well bred to be a gaiting machine. (Sadly was supposed to be MY filly.....drat!) Sweet, easy

POPPY - 8yo light chesnut mare. Blaze face. 14.2 hands. By a Sewell's
Sam stalion. Lots of trail experience, good choice for older kids and novices. Nicely gaited, no vices, no spook, trailers
beautifully. Has had 1 baby.
Priced at $5,500 OBO
MANDY - 5yo chocolate/flax mare. No markings. 14.3 hands. By a Sewell's
Sam stallion and out of a Johnson's Toby mare. Super nice bloodlines! She was started briefly in KY and in foal when I
bought her. So she essentially needs to be restarted under saddle. She has a sweet temperment, but is a little shy.
Best suited to someone that is quiet in nature. Had the beautiful Lacy filly this year and can continue producing fine babies
or be a wonderful trail partner with some training time.
Priced at $4,500
OBO
LUCY - 15yo chocolate mare with
star and hind socks. Lucy has been my primary trail horse for the last 6 years. She is completely finished.....trailers,
ties, high lines for horse camping, side passes, open gates from her back. Lucy is super well gaited and has an amazingly
smooth canter. She is super food oriented and is best housed alone for feeds. No vices but will kick if horses rush up behind
her on the trail. I will keep Chyna (her daughter) if Lucy sells first! Lucy can produce many more fine babies.
Priced at $8,000 firm
EBONY - 9yo solid black mare. 14.3 hands. Has excellent blood lines and is gorgeous with a beautiful
head. Naturally gaited and laid back. Well suited to novice or young riders. Has been bred to perlino stallion and will foal
in May 2011 - baby will be either a buckskin or palomino. Has small subcondryl bone cyst that radiographs confirm to
be stable x 3 years. Sound and great to ride on the trail. Only know this because she flexed positive when I bought her
& I did the original radiographs.
Priced at $4,500 without the foal
and $6,000 with foal.
MISS CALLI -
14yo palomino mare. 14.3 hands. Calli has been a broodmare for me and produces excellent babies every year. She has a Diamond
Dock chocolate/creme colt at her side and is being bred back to same stallion for 2011. She is sweet, kind, super well gaited
and could be ridden if someone wanted to give her a tuneup. Calli is a direct daughter of Maples Squirrel, one of the 5 foundation
sons of Tobe. She has a silver dapple gene, and bred to a black stallion has produced chocolate every year for me. Offered
for sale with her 2 month old colt and bred back.
Priced with colt at $8,500.
Without colt & in foal at $7,500. OBO
SHADOW
- 14yo solid black Mountain Pleasure mare (also registered KMSH).
I have
owned Shadow since she was a 3yo and she is just the sweetest, kindest mares to be around. When she is being ridden, she is
safe for all levels of rider, including kids and novices. 15.0 hands and has a bigger front end with more lift in her gait.
She is by the old Black Squirrel lines that Sam Tuttle was so fond of crossing his mares on. Shadow is bred for a May 2011
foal to the 3 times Intrnl grandchampion stallion, Choco Dock. Shadow is red gene negative, so the foal will be either black
or chocolate.
Priced at $7,000 in foal, or $6,000 without foal.
last but not least...
PRINCESS - 8yo rocky palomino gaited pony from KY. 11.1 hands. Princess is too forward for my 3yo
and 4yo grandsons. She likes to go and will keep up with the big horses on the trail. Super nice ground manners, no
vices and easy for kids to handle feet etc. She walks, gaits and trots....doesn't offer to canter. Has nice one rein stop.
This is a very nice pony that needs to be ridden! Would be good choice for kids that have some experience and aren't intimidated
by a fast pony. She gets more zoom-zoom in the arena and is quiet on the trail.
Priced
at $2,500 OBO.
